Welcome to the SIMPLE SOLUTIONS section of my blog!  So many of my clients and friends say that they don’t cook/prepare food because they can’t or they don’t know how.  In order to address this, I will be posting SUPER easy, minimal ingredient, but detailed recipes for all the basics, from breakfast to dinner sides.  These will provide information on the nutrition benefits of each item and will be easy enough for anyone to follow.
